Each way is 1%; you must get 1% better every day. Obviously not all can be done daily, so pick a few that call to you and engrain it in your mind. Turn it into a daily routine and become unstoppable.
Spiritually

- Memorize a bible verse daily.
- Compliment one person.
- Express gratitude to someone who has impacted you positively.
- Fear and Love God equally.
- Start reading the Bible front to back; whether it is one verse a day, or one chapter. Something is better than nothing.
- Choose a person from the Bible and try to embody their virtues.
- Volunteer in your community.
- Get a like-minded friend that is an accountability partner.
- Listen to different Biblical perspectives and come to your own conclusions.
Philosophically
- Go out and experience your own philosophy; see if it holds strong, and what your strengths and weaknesses are.
- Write in a journal, whether your day has been good or bad. It doesn’t matter what has been written, just get in a habit of actually doing it.
- Take bits and pieces of everyone’s personal philosophy.
- Learn from your mistakes through self-examination.
- See the positive in all philosophies/perspectives, no matter how difficult it is. Find them.
- Create your own philosophy.

- Think of yourself in third person, and how a “perfect you” would handle a situation.

- Learn how to effectively communicate to different demographics of people.
- Create “USPs” of yourself. Be able to sell yourself to others through psychology and communication.
- Get so strong psychologically, that you can help others that were once in your boat.
- Understand the differences between the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the unconscious mind.
- Utilize your subconscious “I am” affirmation to visualize your external wants.

- Mentally walk around like you humbly own the place, energy can be felt.
- Affirm yourself all the time, do not think negatively about anything.
- Speak slow, this unconsciously shows comfortability in situations.

- Slowly begin to learn a second language.

- Everything that is read, practice doing your own research; take everything at face value.
- Learn an instrument; guitar or piano is simple and beautiful.
- Understand where an idea origininated.
- Learn how to physically defend yourself.
- History repeats itself, understand the historical foundation of the present.
- Question everything.
- Learn and spot fallacies. Understand how people use it to their advantage. This will help to pick a part arguments and better your own personal judgement.
- Train your brain on how to pattern recognize, which can help with planning for the future.

- Sacrifice to save.

- When you give money, energy brings it back to you.
- Aggressively attack debt.
- Never use payment plans.
Artistically
- Start sketching, let your hands take over your mind.
- Look deeper into paintings and music, and try to personalize it with yourself, and the artist.
- Learn about what symbols mean, symbols are very important.
- Do not lose yourself in your art.
- Stay genuine, your own skills and thoughts allow for uniqueness. Consumers appreciate genuineness.
- Allow yourself to be taught and coachable.
- Learn about the skills of others and combine to create a perfect storm.
- Humans like art because the artists can express themselves better than they can.
- Understand that everyone is an artist in their own way.
- Practice your art constantly, and consistently.
- Life imitates art.
Emotionally
- Use your emotions to your advantage.
- Understand that feelings do not matter; no one cares. Feelings lead you down the wrong path.
- Emotions take away your mask, which allows for your true self to show.
- Hiding emotion is dangerous but controlling them is intelligent.
- Do not be afraid to put your emotions into your work; sometimes you need a controlled boost. I have written blogs emotionally plenty of times.
- Control the controllables, and understand that the present emotions you feel, are from a result of not knowing the future.
- Be strong and available for the ones who need it.
- Do not respect a person or entity that doesn’t respect you.
- Know when not to speak.
- You must fix your internal emotion, before you can make an external impact.
- Emotions are a weapon to be used for right and wrong, depending on the user.
Physically
- Pushups and light shoulder press every morning.
- Cut your fast-food in half. This will break the habit of wanting it, while increasing your physical health through dieting.
- Fast once a month, start small. This will help to reset your body’s cellular reproduction, and help to kill off anything toxic. (24 hr., 48 hr., 72, hr.)
- Keep a clean haircut, you never know when you will have to network.
- Use natural products as affordably responsible as possible.
- Spend more on clothes, do not shortcut your clothes. This is a symbol of shortcutting your life.
- Buy a watch, and create a story about it.
- The cleaner you dress, the more productive your day will become.
- Stay clean-shaven.
- Strong body, strong mind, as said by Teddy Roosevelt.
- Stop getting drunk.
Mentally
- Go on a daily walk where you simply just think. (This could be in any category.)
- Breathing exercises (7 second inhale through nose, 3 second hold, 7 second exhale through mouth.) Tony Robbins also speaks of a very fast-paced inhale through nose, and very fast-paced exhale through mouth.
- Listen to calming music during personal time; writing, reading, praying. Instrumental or 432 Hz.
- Find a T.V. show, movie, or YouTube series that piques your interest. You have to find balance of griding and creative relaxation.
- Look in the direction of the sun. The sun is a human cheat code to peace and mental health.

- Value sleep. Sleep is important; allow yourself the ability to reset.
- Become motivated by figures that have cracked the code. (Quotes, studies, analyzations.)
- Allow music to influence passion and ambition. However, bcareful with certain music.
- Put the phone down, do not overthink anything.
- Create short-term goals that you do not speak about to others.
