God Favors the Bold: How to Meet God Halfway

In him we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him. – Ephesians 3:12

Preface

In this post, I will be inspiring you to be as proactive as possible. I believe that God favors the bold, the one who traverses into the wilderness, and the one who will meet him halfway.

A lot of people in society nowadays do not have the courage or confidence to go get what they want.

I want to change that.

With us being created in God’s image, no part of our divine mechanism was made to worry or be afraid. Through the countless stories in the Bible of the warriors and prophets, humans today need to learn how to lean on God to chase their dreams. Become uber-confident in the unique skills that God has blessed you with.

Referring to David and Joshua, God must be found in the wilderness. Just as David was on the run from Saul, as well as his son, David was able to hear God the loudest in the uncomfortable settings. Joshua was sold off to Egypt as a slave by his own brothers, where he had faith in God through the trials and tribulations.

Both of these men were blessed in the wilderness.

Sometimes we have to get out of our comfort zone to get what we desire. To be able to hear God, we must knock and go look for him. We must meet God halfway through productivity and boldness, to be favored and blessed with whatever we endeavor upon.

Another example is Moses, as he heard God’s voice in a bush out in the wilderness. The voice of God allowed him to boldly stand up to the Pharoah of Egypt to let God’s people go. Although God can do all things, we must be intentional in showing that we seek his will and voice.

All of us were given a certain set of skills and talents by God, to spread the word of Jesus to the ends of the Earth. The trials and tribulations we believe we are currently in, are refining us into the person that can boldly stand up for God in any given moment.

Do we not understand that we can do all things through Christ? Do we not understand that God is with us, so who can be against us? Do we not sense God’s power in the Bible? Do we not believe in the Bible?

You are created in the image of god.

Therefore, you can do unreasonable things. You can have a voice that empowers and inspires your friends, family, and community. You can make it out of your current situation. You can build a family legacy through your hard work and faith.

All you have to do, is go out and do.

Do you know how Rome became Christian?

It was not because they believed in the story of Jesus; it was because of the martyrs of the faith. The boldness acts by the Christians of antiquity are what inspired the nations to find truth. This boldness and proactiveness allowed for a shift in the religious realm to seek Jesus’ face. The ones who say no to stability and comfort, and choose wilderness and God, will win ten times out of ten.

How can you prove God’s love to others by sadness?

The man who walks in the valley of the shadow of death, and fears no evil, is a man who will inspire the nations.

Actions speak louder than words, just because you say you are a Christian does not make you one. You must go out and seek God and shine your Christian light onto others. These actions can only come from true internal transformation, through hard work and boldness. If you are afraid and not confident, that was acquired throughout your life. You must push and pray to become better and allow yourself to

MEET GOD HALFWAY.
