Importance of a Free-Thinking Society: Why You Should Sit Down & Think

With the transition between historical liberal education to future experimental sciences, the normal person must do, rather than think. We once learned from history and used it to create a unique passion within ourselves. Now, all society does is look to the future and tells you to forget about the past.

The purpose of this blog will be to inspire you to study history, rather than use the experimental biases of the future.

(This will be a more natural, less referenced blog, centered around my ideology of the matter.)

Personal Thought

I pray that you do not waste your life and realize that you can be more. Freethinkers are the ones who built beautiful architecture, created a family legacy, boosted a community economy, changed a country, and fought for what was right. America was founded on freethinkers who were inspired by the people of the past, not by tangible matter.

I pray that you yourself are inspired through the Lord to want to be His warrior and strive to have Hell celebrate when you die. Reading books of the past gives you a broader vocabulary, brings you more money, and allows yourself to critically think and pattern recognize.

I pray that Christ dwells in you and compels you to rejoice in today. You are able to live another day! A lot of people have it worse than you, they themselves would pray to be in your shoes. This life we are given, we must strive to become. It is human nature to be ethically ambitious and Christlike motivated. As it is better to give than receive, it is also better to think rather than not.

I thank you all for the social media success that I have been given, as I want to inspire my Christian brothers and sisters to become better, I myself have gotten better thanks to the Bible, history, and philosophy. Jesus has inspired me to believe that He is with me, listens to me, and cares for me. Anyone that lives life day-to-day that doesn’t yearn, is someone that does not care for God’s gifts.

I pray that you find obedience in your heart and ask God what you should do to progress. If you love God, then you keep His commandments. If you yourself do not want to progress in your life, then you might as well progress to God.

You cannot choose to do neither.

Telos of History

Think to yourself: How did the great thinkers of recent memory become great?

Robert Hutchins, the once president of the University of Chicago and Yale graduate, created the Encyclopedia Britannica Great Books set, to show that people learn and use history almost in chronological order.

People become great from being inspired by works already done.

Aquinas was inspired by Aristotle, which allowed him to make a name for himself. Frued was inspired by Nietzche and Kant. Shakespeare was inspired by Plutarch and Seneca (the G.O.A.T.). Every great from history, was inspired by another great from history.

Not of the present, not of the future; the past.

What society/education teaches now, is to concede your ways to being a worker, not a thinker. You are taught, rather than explained with thought. You take tests on what they say is right, rather than having your own subjective opinion about a situation or circumstance.

As free-will human beings under God’s grace, we should have a thinking inspiration of our own skills and talents. We should not be told who to be or how to be, we should learn from our ancestry antiquity and strive to be our own person.

Spending fifteen dollars on a great book has taught me more than an eighty-dollar textbook. Education used to be built around the study of greatness, rather than the indoctrination of slave.

Taking God out of the schools has severely ruined the coming generations. Instead of fearing God alone, now they fear everything, and do not know who to lean on. This is a perfect example of the disavowing of the past, to a scientific future, Science is not bad, but we can learn from the philosophical thought of the past just as well as the experimental future.

Scientists have to use nontangible matter all the time, not everything is hands-on in the present.

(Hopefully this is structured okay, I am just typing.)

Become a student of history, sit down and read, strive to be, prepare the horses, give victory to the Lord, and want to make a change.
