Preface

There are many leaders throughout history who one can study and mimic. A lot of leaders, if not all of them, have the same qualities and virtues instilled in them. Although many qualities are of the self, it takes someone who is fortified internally and are also capable of fortifying externally.
In this post through my in-depth research of many leaders, I will share the virtues, traits, and takeaways that you must instill in yourself to truly create a legacy.
And become a Christian leader.
Internal
The internal traits that one must obtain to become a leader consist of the following: Emotional and verbal control, delusional self-belief, divine activation, knowledge of history, ability to perform the tasks assigned, and Jesus Christ.
First, you must be able to hold your tongue and focus on controlling the controllables. A leader that worries about things that are not present, is an untrustworthy leader. Solomon speaks of this in the Proverbs, as he heavily presses on the ability to withhold your tongue during emotion.
And to not worry, as God is with you.
The ability to stay stoic when the going gets tough, and to stay as reasonable and logical as possible, is a leader that will be followed to the ends of the Earth. Emotions are not a bad thing but not controlling your emotions when it is a necessity, is a terrible thing. When you feel emotional in a situation, say a quick prayer, take a deep breath, and step away from the situation.
Understand that God is in control, and consult him as your partner, friend, and father.
Delusional self-belief is an internal necessity that must be trained and formed inside your inner being. You must be able to draw from different rituals and any given moment, during times of nervousness or anxiety. Whether it is repeating to yourself that God is with you, or that you can do all things through Christ, these affirmations will give you a divine boost to your flesh.
Leaning on God when the human shuts down, will give you divine energy to do whatever you please.
A skill that I recommend you obtain is the ability to lean on God as a source of power. This divine activation combined with delusional self-belief, will make you unstoppable.
Napoleon believed in destiny, Caesar believed in himself as a God, Alexander thought he was the son of a God, David leaned on the true God, and Jesus IS God.
Activate your self-belief through the power of God’s words.
Lastly, you must be a student of history and be able to perform the tasks you assign to others. Nobody will follow a leader that does not know how to do what they are doing. This is why the Genghis Khan and Alexander the Great were so beloved, because they walked the walk.
The legends of antiquity were all students of history and mimicked the role models they chose.
Napoleon was inspired by Julius Caesar, Julius Caesar was inspired by Alexander the Great, Alexander the great was taught by Aristotle. You must pick somebody and learn from their mistakes, gain qualities that they had, and strive to obtain these virtues.
You must fix your internal to transform the external.
External
The external traits that you must practice daily, would consist of becoming a powerful rhetorician, an active listener, a go-getter, and servant. Simple things such as being able to quote the Bible or the leaders of the past are important. Or more complicated things of staying productive and putting others before yourself, are external traits you must be steadfast in.
First, becoming a powerful rhetorician can accomplish much for you. To begin, knowing how to structure a speech, mixing facts, emotion, and prior quotes, can inspire the masses. You must end all speeches and writings with a powerful, relatable message, and start with facts and purpose.
You will gain immediate trust through facts and purpose. This will show relatability and active listening. The listeners or readers will now understand your credibility in the matter. When this is established, you will emotionally invest them with powerful messaging and poetic touches.
Since Plato and Aristotle, this has been the proper structure of rhetoric.
Being able to actively listen to complaints and concerns of your council, your subordinates, or your community, will allow you to create a speech surround the majority problem. This subconsciously allows for your message to sink deep into the minds of the listener.
Next, you must be a go-getter and servant of others. When you allow yourself to serve others just as Jesus Christ did, God will give you the fruits of the spirit and fulfillment. This is the greatest gift you can give to another: The ability to put yourself second.
This is humbling, as everyone loves themself. However, putting yourself behind the needs of others, is what Jesus did.
And he is someone we should mimic.
Serving others and self-belief will allow for you to be an absolute go-getter. You will not fear the world, rather want to conquer it in a peaceful way. Your confidence will skyrocket, and your energy will be unlimited through God’s will.
Analysis paralysis will kill a man before the world does.
To Conclude,
The world needs more leaders, and it needs more Christians.
It needs more Christian leaders.
There is too much injustice in the world, and the light will beat the dark. We must not conform the world; we must strive to be something in this limited life we were given. No part of Christianity is soft; it is quite the contrary. I pray that you strive to be something and strive to spread God’s word and truth to everyone you see.
I pray right now, that you make it in life. I pray you make a change, stand up to the evil in your life. If God is with you, nobody can be against you. Activate the Bible in your brain and allow it to transform you into the person you were meant to become.
