One Act of Kindness: How to Feel Better

Preface

In this post, I want to alter your mindset to serve others first. This will result in an internal feeling of the fruits of the spirit; a soulful hole filled with fulfilment. I believe that one act of kindness a day will make you more confident, give you spiritual dopamine, and create a divine sense of being.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you – Ephesians 4:32

What Kindness Brings

One act of kindness a day will change your inner self tremendously. A few examples that I will dig deeper in to, will be betterment of the self, betterment of spirit, betterment of health, and a betterment of the external.

One act of kindness will bring betterment of the self, as your thoughts will start to revolve around positivity. If you force yourself to be positive to a stranger who, in theory, does not deserve it, your inner self will transform to magnetize positivity. Through one act of kindness, you will begin to feed off of the reactions you get and begin to forge into the person God wants you to be.

This is a huge step spiritually, physically, and mentally. It is as easy as giving one act of kindness a day.

One act of kindness will also bring you betterment of the spirit, as you will begin to indirectly show God productivity. Through this daily random act of kindness, you will start to Show God a true spiritual transformation, which will strengthen faith. This strengthened faith, that will be obtained through one act of kindness a day, will allow for more clarity in prayer and spiritual belief in God’s will.

One act of kindness will better your physical health as well. The more positivity you surround yourself with, and believe to be true, the less apt you are to become ill. Positivity will increase your energy, which will increase your drive to cook, lift, walk, and become the person you want to be. People that tend to feel down or ill, are usually negative thinking people. When you allow yourself to bring in positive energy through one act of kindness, you will naturally heal through God’s gifts.

One act of kindness will better your external, as allowing yourself to compliment a stranger will allow for natural networking and internal identity. The more positivity you surround yourself with, will allow you to get lucky, get opportunities, increase your skillset, and increase your ability to see your dream.

When the going gets tough, and you can still compliment a stranger, then you have beat your flesh.

Conclusion

Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.

– Luke 6:38

Through your daily act of kindness, you will start to receive.

People struggle with identity, so showing kindness to another will reaffirm their identity, and reform yours. This is how communities begin to strengthen, how the weak get to be blessed, and how the poor get to have hope.

I challenge you to start this ritual of showing one act of kindness a day. Start it now.

It takes nothing to give positive words, as words carry so much weight.

“Sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”

This is the worst quote of all time. When you compliment someone, their face will immediately light up, they may even get bashful, and you will receive God’s glory in the process. All this is from

One act of kindness a day.
